Carroll Outdoor Co. was built on a frustration most property owners know well. Your lawn needs regular attention. Your pool needs to be opened, closed, and serviced through the season. The driveway needs pressure washing, the gutters need cleaning, the trees need trimming — and every single one of those calls goes to a different person. A different schedule. A different standard. A different experience every time. Coordinating all of it quietly becomes its own part-time job.

That standard comes from a background that most in this industry don’t have. As a PGA professional working at private clubs in Florida for nearly a decade, the expectation was excellence — not occasionally, but every single day. Working alongside agronomists and grounds crews, being involved in course reconstruction and renovation projects, understanding what it takes to maintain and transform outdoor environments at the highest level — that experience shapes how Carroll Outdoor Co. approaches every property we work on.
Cincinnati is home. The east side communities we serve are the neighborhoods I grew up in and care about. Putting the Carroll name on this business wasn’t a branding decision — it was a commitment.
