A tree removal isn’t truly finished until the stump is gone. Stumps left in the ground are tripping hazards, obstacles for mowing, and an ongoing eyesore in an otherwise well-maintained yard. Stump grinding removes the stump completely below grade — grinding it down several inches into the ground so the area can be filled, seeded, or planted over. The result is a clean, level surface where the stump used to be with no evidence it was ever there. It’s the proper way to close out a tree removal and leave the property truly finished.
