Overseeding
Thicker, healthier turf starts with getting the right seed into the ground at the right time.

Even well-maintained lawns develop thin spots over time. Heat stress, drought, heavy traffic, and normal wear all take a toll on turf density. Overseeding is how you reverse that — introducing fresh grass seed directly into existing turf to fill bare areas and thicken the overall lawn.
The key to successful overseeding is timing and seed-to-soil contact. We overseed in early fall when soil temperatures are still warm enough to germinate seed but air temperatures have cooled, reducing stress on new growth. Paired with aeration, the seed drops directly into the channels left by the aerator and makes direct contact with soil — dramatically improving germination rates.
Results take a few weeks to become fully visible, but the difference by the following spring is significant. A properly overseeded lawn comes back thicker, more resilient, and better equipped to handle the demands of the next season.
